Another cast iron piece
Cornbread Pan Been looking at this one for a while, and finally got one. For anyone interested-it makes heavenly scones, cornbread, biscuits. The 'wedges' make nice browned, crispy edges.

Actually you can use a couple of lid lifters to remove it. This one is more useful to us than the triangle wedges. Even with plenty of oil or shortening, the triangles leave bits of cornbread in the tight corners that build up quickly over time. The corn cob shaped c.i. is also a gooder.
You might want to try Lehman's . They carry quite a few of the more unusual pieces, including a Lodge uber skillet that holds several dozen scrambled eggs for your bigger breakfast gatherings.
