Another cast iron piece
Cornbread Pan Been looking at this one for a while, and finally got one. For anyone interested-it makes heavenly scones, cornbread, biscuits. The 'wedges' make nice browned, crispy edges.

I have a cast iron Lodge trivet that I use when baking biscuits in the DO. I simply use a round cake pan then and don't have to worry about burning the bottoms.
