Another cast iron piece
Cornbread Pan Been looking at this one for a while, and finally got one. For anyone interested-it makes heavenly scones, cornbread, biscuits. The 'wedges' make nice browned, crispy edges.

This is the one I prefer for just the two of us. When we have a larger group, I use a cast iron skillet for my cornbread.
