Art of Manliness: Prime Rib Roast

I DID get an excellent prim rib at Wal-mart last year. Was in our local Wal-mart yesterday and they have prim rib available for 6.97 a pound..sizes were from 3 bone on up. Last year was my first time to cook a prime rib and I was amazed at how easy it was...kinda had 2nd thoughts prior to starting a $50 piece of meat but it came out perfect.
