Artisan Bread
Go dog posted a link to hearth bread that was very informative and I thought I would show some artisan that could be made in an RV oven with minimal supplies. Aside from the ingredients, this dough was made with a Danish dough hook and a gallon sherbert container. It was baked in a 2qt Lodge Dutch oven for a total of 40 minutes at 450. The key is the Dutch Oven which eliminates a stone or any type of water container. The dutch seals in the steam and acts like a small oven.
This is an Olive Cheese Bread that was made using the standard recipe for my artisan, but with the addition of 1/2 C sliced olives and 4oz of Kraft cheese crumbles.
