Where do you buy your lamb chops? Some lamb tastes like sheep dip. If you like lamb, please chime in.

Instead of the leg, we found we prefer the crown rib roast. The taste is not as gamey there. Coat the roast in panko, salt, pepper and tarragon and bake to preferred state of doneness.
