Where do you buy your lamb chops? Some lamb tastes like sheep dip. If you like lamb, please chime in.

We recently discovered lamb because my Atkins Diet Cookbook had a recipe for Lamb Roast in a slow cooker. Its so good we have it about twice a month now. Sometimes we get a roast at Von's, sometimes Costco. In addition we get lamb shanks at Sprouts.
Oh, by the way, the term Australian Lamb refers to the breed of lamb, raised in the USA, not that its imported, which would be hugely expensive.
