Australian Lamb or What?

We love lamb; just bought a leg of lamb today from Costco that will be cooked, along with a spiral-sliced ham for Easter. I stuff the leg with garlic cloves and rosemary then use granulated garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper all over the outside. Be sure to lay 2 or 3 stems of rosemary on the top. Insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the leg, slide in 300 degree oven and roast till done. Delicious served with chunky applesauce.
