My favorite is Southern style Mac N Cheese by Chef Millie Peartree from recipe book
For camping, I bring the ingredients pre-measured, the milk in a jar with all the seasonings, the butter and cheese in a tupperware, and the flour in a ziplock. - Fixed it tonight.... outstanding
