BBQ turkey?
Does anyone here BBQ their trurkey on a charcoal grill? How long do you cook it? Stuffed or unstuffed? Thanks!

Coals on side with wood chunks for smoke, drip pan under bird with cranberry cocktail, herbed butter under the skin, lemons and herbs in the cavity and use a wired digital thermometer. Should take about 3 to 4 hours for a 10 or 12 pound bird.
