Best HOMEMADE Potato Salad Recipe?
Looking to get some ideas for upgrading our homemade (not purchased) potato salad recipe. We've added authentic bacon chips but want something more.

I'm kind of a purist on this and don't like a lot of the additions that are common now on what is supposed to feature the lowly potato in all it's glory. I am cetain my wife has no real recipe but it is done strictly from memory and a bowl of that stuff fresh from the mixing bowl is perfection.
