Best HOMEMADE Potato Salad Recipe?
Looking to get some ideas for upgrading our homemade (not purchased) potato salad recipe. We've added authentic bacon chips but want something more.

Potatoes, boiled eggs, onion, sweet pickle relish, mayo and about a teaspoon of mustard, salt pepper. We don't have an exact recipe, we like a bit more onion and less pickle so that's how we make it.
