Best HOMEMADE Potato Salad Recipe?
Looking to get some ideas for upgrading our homemade (not purchased) potato salad recipe. We've added authentic bacon chips but want something more.

My Mom used to make her potato salad for my Dad's company picnics. She had one "secret" ingredient. A few drops of yellow food coloring. It didn't affect the taste at all, but next to the other bowls of bland looking potato salad, hers disappeared first.
