Big boss oil less fryer
Kitchen Collection, has this on sale. Has anyone used this fryer. In theory it sounds great, but we no how that can go. We love fried food, and this would be great health wise, if the food is good.

I have the Charbroil oil-free fryer. As another said, its really an upright gas oven. It is very easy to use. A large Purdue roaster cooks up nicely in about an hour. I generally brush with a mix of olive oil and soy sauce to make a nice brown skin. The meat is very moist.
At the price, its a good way to have roasted meat without heating and messing up the kitchen.
