Breakfast Finger Food
We are having out monthly Good Sam's camp-out next week. One morning we are going to have a "Finger Food Breakfast" potluck. Any suggestions or recipes would be appreciated.

Wife makes French Toast sticks. Easy to do. Mix together eggs and a splash of milk. Dip the bread and put it on a buttered griddle. Cook both sides. When done, remove and slice into to 4 long strips or sometimes she just does squares because they don't flop over when the syrup is too heavy.
Waaaaaay cheaper than that processed stuff.

Jalepeno Squares
Canned jalepeno slices
6 eggs, beaten
1 pound cheddar or monteray jack cheese, shredded
Place cheese in bottom of ungreased 8 x 8 sq. baking dish. Place jalepeno slices on top of cheese, and pour beaten eggs over top. Bake 30 minutes or until brown at 350 degrees. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
(This can easily be doubled and baked in a 9 x 12 dish also.)
