brewing beer on the move

i've made a lot of beer at home so i kind of know the answer to my question already, but i'd be interested to here if people are making beer on the move

obviously there is a period of about 1 to 2 weeks where you shouldn't be moving beer as its in the late stage of fermentation and starting to settle out

i'm planning to stay in some campgrounds for about a week to 10 days at the most which is a bit tight but doable i think

if i was brewing on the move, i'd probably do something like this
5 days before parking up - start fermenting
fermentation finished in 7-10 days, move to clearing tank. keep it cold, add beer finings and don't move for 5 days.
put in bottles and back on the road

what do you think, anyone have experience with this? any tricks of the trade?

    I'm sure you can make it work but, I've never heard of anyone doing it. That doesn't mean it's not being done.
    If you are definitely going to be stationary for a long enough period of time I don't see why you can't brew beer.

    However, if you get the urge to move on or, CG neighbors become a problem, or there's a weather/natural disaster situation and you must go, that could be a problem.

    Personally, I would brew enough at home and take it with me while traveling. If you are a full timer then my response is moot.

    You will have a few people at campgrounds that see or smell something they don't understand. They may report you as a mobile meth lab. :)

    And, if you're my neighbor at a CG, I'll be bugging you for a sample(s).
