X2, and I disagree with the statement that all turkeys are already brined.
Frozen turkeys are almost always packed in a solution.
Here is the ingredient list for a frozen whole Butterball.
Ingredients: Whole Young Turkey. Contains up to 8% of a solution of Water, Salt, Spices, and Natural Flavor.
Butterball says their turkeys come "pre basted" whatever that means
