It is to taste, but I would use 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric/ginger and 1 teaspoon of the rest. Go easy on the salt.
You could substitute farro, quinoa, spelt, or any other type of whole grain or rice for the brown rice.
Goes good with a nice loaf of sourdough bread.
