We purchaesd a grate from Bass Pro two years ago and it has been great. It has a 24" pole that is driven in the ground and the grate attaches to that. You can swing the grate in or out of the fire and raise or lower it. I think we paid $40 -$50.
Most of our meat is cooked on this, hardly use the Q anymore.
