I also use an old oven rack over the firepit. Start a good fire and let it burn do so you have good hot coals and not a lot of flame. I just don't use teflon coated pans over the fire and heavy duty aluminum foil works well also. Many of the baskets can be purchased in the area where grills are sold. Throw away aluminum tins are nice too - just toss when done.
