A lil cream replacing some of the milk, add some veggies (asparagus? broccoli?), touch o' nutmeg and you've got a complete meal and can pretend yer sitting on the banks of the Moselle singing manly songs;).
Wonder if there is any easy technique to brown the pie crust?
