I write all my menus for a trip down on a Word document along with my shopping list to make those items. After a couple of trips, I just start consulting my saved copies of previous menus. If I was real lazy, I could just print the menu from a trip but I usually steal a few things from each trip menu to make a new one.

I do my menu in excel - listing at the bottom any items that I need for that meal....very similar to this one!

We use Excel as well. Lists sure come in handy.....
