Cut up onions, green and red peppers and 2 chilli peppers. Saute in oil oil.Add Adobo and Lemon pepper. In a separate large pot, use one box of chicken stock, one quart of heavy whipping cream and one quart half and half. Heat on low. When onions and peppers are done, dump in the large pot with chicken stock and cream.Cut up chicken strips and cook in first pan.Season with Adobo and lemon pepper. When that's done, dump in large pot.Dump bag of frozen corn in the pan add water.Bring to boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Season with Adobo and lemon pepper. When done, add corn to pot. Allow to simmer for another 20 minutes.
  • You've all forgotten the most important ingredient. BACON!
  • I cut chicken into small pieces, cooked in a bit of oil, add half an onion, also cubed small, a couples cloves of garlic. Cook 3-4 minutes. Don't let garlic burn. Add 1 lg can chicken stock, 2 large potatoes cubed really small, 1 tsp thyme and 2 cans of corn drained well or 1 cup frozen corn. Cook until potatoes are falling apart, then add 1 can evaporated milk or cream. Heat until it starts to boil, but doesn't. It's ready to eat.
  • I really love corn chowder. My recipe has potatoes in it that cook down to make a thicker chowder. I also add some cheese to mine.
