Corn Flake Chicken Recipes

I bought some Corn Flake Crumbs and chicken thighs and looking for some recipes. I was thinking maybe baking in the oven or crock pot. I've never used Corn Flake Crumbs - actually about the only way I do chicken is grilled with BBQ sauce. A co-worker thought there was a recipe with Corn Flake Crumbs and Evaporated Milk, of course I can't find anything like this. Please share your recipes. Thank you
  • HERE is a double coated cornflake crumb chicken recipe.
One of the better crispy oven chicken recipes.
  • This was a easy favorite of our kids when they were at home: 2 shallow bowls needed. Crushed up saltine crackers in one and place 1/2 cup melted butter in the other. Dip chicken pieces in butter then roll in cracker crumbs. Place on cookie sheet with sides. If there's any butter left, it can be poured over the pieces. Bake 325 until done or about an hour. I've gotten to be a big fan of parchment paper since then, so if I made it today, I'd line the pan with it first. BTW, they named it "Crispy Chicken". Corn flakes could be easily used instead of crackers.
  • I do not have a recipe but if you go to the allrecipes website you can use the search bar. You just put in the ing you want to use and they will list recipes that fit.
  • I have never seen "Corn Flake Crumbs" but my wife uses regular corn flakes that she crushes. She does this with boneless chicken breasts.

She rubs the chicken with mayonnaise and rolls it in the crushed corn flakes. Cook in a shallow pan in the oven about 350 for ...?

She serves it with a "sauce" made with mayo and milk mixed together.

Sorry not too detailed with the recipe, she cooks it and I wolfe it down. :)
