I take a large packet of wings and BBQ them with just salt/pepper.
After they are done I put them in a bowl with whatever sauce I have at the time and shake/stir until coated......Sesame Seed Thai Marinade, Franks Hot Sauce, Lime Jerk Marinade. Mix it up...don't have to be just old BBQ Sauce
