Pizza stone on floor of oven---metal tray just above burner (we use a 12" X 12" unglazed tera cotta tile. Cheaper than a real pizza stone---same affect)
As for dishes......
We use the same as we did in S&B before hitting the road (corelle, glass tumblers, mugs and CHINA) Just because you FT and travel doesn't mean special dishes or paper plates. We do use paper plates for lunches but dinner time----plates!
Pot/pans.....two different sizes skillets, small sauce pan, large pot on one very large skillet for one dish meals.
Couple of baking dishes, a colander and a small sheet pan
Gadgets......whisk, spatula, slotted spoon, knife hone
Regular utensils
Crook pot/slow cooker
Coffee pot
toaster
More is less when it comes to FTng :B
