Does anyone have a really really thick clam chowder recipe? I know I can search online, but figured I'd ask all you fine folk here. Can you image, I live in New England but never made it?! Thanks! ...

Good for you Agnes! I grew up in New England and white is the only way to go. I read somewhere that there was (maybe still is) a law in Rhode Island that actually makes Manhattan (red) chowder illegal!
