One thing you people might find fun to do is to occasionally hit up a local roaster in different cities. It is amazing the different flavors in coffees that are out there. And I don't mean "flavored Coffees", I mean different flavors in coffees from different regions and different roasting techniques. Speaking of one cup makers....there is this real cool little metal cone called a Kaleta.....at least I think it's spelled like that. Make for one cup. We ordered enough filter to last until I retire. There is another called a V60 and again, the same idea...one cup cone type. If one were to look at an up-scale coffee vendor on line like "Whole Latte Love" or "Seattle Coffee Roasters" I am sure you would find every kind of brew method in the world! Once you open the door beyond Star-bucks and Peet's, you will find a lot of different ways to brew coffee. Personally I use a Stainless Steel French Press coffee maker. French Press Coffee Makers really make Cowboy coffee....pretty unrefined.
