We bring freshly roasted beans from local roasters from home or on the road. Have couple grinders, one for my drip or percolator and one specific to the Flair brand espresso maker. From my understanding, coffee should be roasted then allowed breath for 3-4 days to ripen. And sometimes we just get Duncan Donuts coffee(whole bean or ground) or Folgers Breakfast Blend....I also kind of like Hills Bros and MJB.....yeah, I know, no class at all!
