Coffee.....what do you like?

He drinks coffee. I go for tea.
The compromise on road java for him is Starbuck's instant. Either VIA decaf or French Roast.

Eight O'clock Colombian Peaks whole beans and ground at home.

I drink San Francisco Fog Chaser. Buy it in bulk on Amazon Prime...

Any brand that is dark, rich and slightly burnt........

I always carry a grinder and French press. I used Peet's Major Dickason blend. Great stuff! My wife (who is a nurse) introduced me. She calls it "crack for nurses."

I will drink most coffees but DW is rather particular. We do like Melitta, Nabob and Kirkland are also good. I love a perc coffee black, no cream or sugar for me, on a cold morning but she won't drink it.
I have had some Starbucks I liked but the last brew I tried would strip paint, it was strong and bitter although some like it that way.

Buddy and I used to stop by what is now #1 but it was the only one back then after SeaHawks games when Jim Zorn played. Used to sit around and have "the Man" himself talk to us about coffee. If I knew then what I know now.

That being said. I worked 27 years of rotating 12 hour shifts, I'll drink anything. Preferably cold if not cool.

Now buy whatever is on sale which is usually a Folgers. I like the Dark roast, French and flavored least favorite. We have also been know to buy a bag of gourmet and mix with whatever is in the red plastic can.

I was in Seabeck Wa, close to Seattle to visit my daughter several years ago. I stopped in one of those convenient roadside coffee stops and to my surprise a topless woman asked what I would like. I don't know what kind of coffee it was, but it was the best coffee I ever tasted.
