I have never seen it at the Sam's down here. Like I said, even the guys stocking the meat aisles didn't know what it was. I don't buy steak down here either. That is avaiable, but it is all thin cut "made for fajita" meat. So we eat a lot of chicken and ground beef in the winter and leave the other stuff for when we leave the valley. There are a couple meat markets that cater to the winter Texans, but I can't bring myself to pay $10 a pound for ground beef.
