crack in cast iron skillet
I recently bought a 10 inch cast iron chicken fryer at a flea market. As I was cleaning it up I noticed a 1 inch crack on the side wall. Can this be repaired or is it safe to use as is?

YEah I'm for tossing as it would probably cost more to fix than a brand new one. Sorry you had that experience as I often tell folks to go to flea markets to find them.
