Creamed peas in toast cups
Mom used to make these regularly. Toast the cups in a muffin pan, make the cream gravy with peas, or creamed chicken or creamed anything :) and voila!

I used to make these toast cups and fill with scoops of canned corned beef hash...sometimes plain and sometimes with a white sauce with peas. Hadn't thought of that in years!
