Nice, we have a wood fired oven in the back yard of our brick and mortar and use it for happy hour almost every Fri night that we're there. I'm the cook, my wife is dough maker and you, the guest, are the chef to make it.
We did the most in one night so far, 19 this past Fri night. And I didn't burn one. I'm an old pit master originally from NC, low and slow for 40 years. Now, you put me on the 1000* oven and expect me to cook pizza and not burn it at all? You're crazy, but I'm getting the hang of it. It takes 2 minutes to cook a pizza, one minute on each side next to the fire. Man, that's hard to get use to...hahaha
