Apple Walnut Cake
2 Cups Raw Apple cut into small cubes
2 eggs
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tea vanilla
1/2 cups rice flour
1/2 tea cinnamon
pinch salt
1/4 tea baking soda
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease baking dish 8x8 glass works
Lightly beat eggs.
Combine apple,eggs,sugar,oil, walnuts and vanilla.
Sift flour, cin,salt and bs.
Add flour to wet and still. Pour. Bake for 60 min.
Makes a satisfying dessert that is nutritious and gluten free.
Use vanilla ice cream or whipped cream to enhance it.
