I have been gluten free for over 30 Years. This letter comes when I am away from home and my GF cookbooks.
Go to the library and look over the GF cookbooks they have. If you live in a village like I do go to the library in a larger town near you. Some of the cookbooks are wonderful and some are junk.
Years ago they did not make GF Bisquick so I fiddled around until I could make my own. Now I make four to five pounds of my own. Costs the same as one pound of the stuff at the store.
I mix 75 pounds of various flours together to make my own flour mix and it lasts me for a year of baking. When I had to go GF I threw away about 40 of my useless cookbooks. Now I can convert any recipe. Cheaply.
