I found Vitacost.com to be a good source for flours and they seem to be discounted and free shipping if you meet minimums which is not hard if you bake a fair amount...and the flours are pricey anyway.
Made "bread" today...a modified recipe using Bob's all Purpose flour and it turned into hockey pucks...but I will eat it all...just need to work on the flour mix. I have almost all the flours I need to experiment...the all purpose just seemed easy at the time. Need to get some almond and garbanzo flour to play with.
