DIY sandwich meat
Processed sandwich meat is getting higher priced all the time. I make ham salad, egg salad and chicken loaf. What do you do ?

Besides pulled pork I made pulled chicken or pulled turkey sandwiches.
I grind some ham and a hot dog or two together, add mayo, celery and perhaps
some chives.
I shape hamburger patties and stick them them in the freezer so my husband can have one when he wants one, which is often.
Once in a while I want a salmon sandwich. Now with only two of us at home, a small can is large enough.
I had a friend who liked cold, mashed potato sandwiches. Not that hot mashed potato sandwiches sounds any better.
