DIY sandwich meat
Processed sandwich meat is getting higher priced all the time. I make ham salad, egg salad and chicken loaf. What do you do ?

BK, I like using eye of round for making my pastrami. A few days in some instacure brine and then into the smoker. Then pastrami burgers and Rueben sandwiches.
