Do you use anything special for cookware? Another Question

The stove top and oven in the TT are so small and I would assume don't have a huge amount of BTUs when on. So I was wondering if there is any cookware better for cooking on and in the cooktop/oven in ...

We also keep a pizza stone in the oven all the time. Supposedly evens out the heat from what I have read. Otherwise, all our cookware is orphan stuff from the house kitchen.
