We cook outside. We have a campstove, and grill. I also have a cast iron griddle that can be laid on the campstove, or on the fire.

That's a good point. I mostly wanted pots and pans for breakfast. I can't really think of any big meals that I would be doing inside for dinner. As long as the weather is nice, probably use the outside grill.
