We stocked ours with cast iron, what we use at home and can be taken outside and used on any source of heat. For pans we use some old Revere wear, the ones with the copper coating. Other than that we added a wok and a pot along with an electric skillet. We use a Nu Wave oven for roasting and it doesn't need anymore than foil.
