I gave up on the electric cooking appliances. Some dishes take a long time and inevitably you use something in the RV at the same time that trips the GFI. Also all of the appliances used for any length of time put a heavy load on the circuit.
IMHO I don't have a problem carrying a couple of those 'small' 2 lb propane bottles that one will last thru cooking many dinners. AND for me I don't like the grease and smoke "inside" my MH when grilling.
After a few years on the road full time buying and trying every grill out there, I ended up with this set up.
Grills, cooks. Folds as flat as a laptop for easy storage in the bays.
Add one folding flat aluminum table to put it on and you are good to go.
