Electric Pressure Cooker

We use our nu wave induction top with a regular pressure cooker. love it, example: make a rib rub, use a bottle of beer in the bottom, add 3 lbs of ribs. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
Perfect!

We have an old style pressure cooker.......weighted disc that goes on vent nipple.

My sister has one of them fancy electric ones.......just set the pressure you want and the time to cook. Dang thing even self vents. I was really impressed with it. But it was pricy.

Now that we have a new house might have to check out one......unfortunately we don't get QVC (at least I don't think we do---guess I'll have to rescan).

I purchased a 5qt. Big Boss electric one in November and really enjoy it. It was a super bargain special on Shop HQ and can return it until January 31. It is a keeper. Hope you enjoy yours, Go Dogs.
