I have to give props to the pellet grills. I recently bought the Green Mountain Grills - Davey Crocket model. It has a digital thermostat that will hold temperatures as low as 150F and will run from 12v or 110v.

Since I bought it I have and numerous occasions to say "That was the best _____________ that I have ever made!". Brisket, whole chickens, ribs, steaks etc.
