Electric Smoker----Professional Brisket Results???

Again, thanks for help. Guess my bbq days are over, though. The wife has colitis and it seems be in continual flareup mode. She can't stand the thought or smell of bbq, and I don't want to do it just for me. I had thought if I did it well enough, she could eat it; not so. Colitis sufferers can't seem to stand any spicy, smoky, greasy, etc food. It doesn't kill you, but takes a lot of joy out of life. Enjoy good food while you can.
