neighbors deceased animal offerings if they
are interested. Breaking bread..er... meat a
form of neighborly fellowship.

Dave, Absolutely, ...on speed dial.... I like trying
new rubs, brines, soaks, seasonings, sauces
temperature manipulations, its all good...
especially like it when they do obscure cuts...
best feeling in the world when a guest gets that
first taste...hot off the rack...and gives you
that "oh my"....

(with my outdoor speakers... nice jazz mildly
in the background... cold beverage... veggie
tray for snackin' , and then act like I'm really
workin' it , so the Princess will be impressed)...

Dad use to say... "Cholly" (Brooklyn) ..."just do the
right thing." Easy enough to remember.
