It makes wonderful gravy for gravy and biscuits and I will add a small amount of vinegar to about 1 cup of evap milk to make buttermilk for the biscuits. YUMMY!!
I use the "skim" variety for any of my creamy soups like broccoli and cheese soup, creamy wild rice and potato soups. It gives it a much richer taste than skim milk, which is what we use exclusively.
