An easy ham rollup:
5 slices of square deli ham sliced thicker
whipped cream cheese
dill pickle spears - slice in half lengthwise
toothpicks
dry a slice of ham lay flat on cutting board
spread with whipped cream cheese
lay dry pickle spear
roll up and spear with 3 toothpicks cut into bite size pieces and stand upright on platter so the middle is showing.
Simple, yet delish!
