Ritz Crackers
Cream cheese
Shrimp
McCormicks Lemon and Pepper Seasoning
Spread the cream cheese on a cracker
Place a single shrimp on top and sprinkle with the seasoning.
It's done.
I like to use Triscuits, for a little more taste - NYCgrrlExplorerQuickest, easiest and pretty darn close to tastiest appetizers I know for any occasion: an antipasti platter.
Open a jar of the following:
marinated artichoke hearts
whole roasted red peppers, cut into strips ( You can DIY over a gas stove but sometimes time trumps)
bocconcini in red pepper flake oil sauce or pesto sauce straight from Costco's(add more toasted flakes if you like heat)
oil marinated olives or roast your own(place a citrus peel strip in a piece of foil with olives,Italian seasoning and drizzle with olive oil; roast for 10-15 minutes in a 400 degree oven)
Thin sliced sopressata or whatever dried salami "floats your boat".
Arrange on a platter with toothpicks nearby.
Done.
I'm not wedded to the above components just they are easy to find most anywhere. - downtheroadExplorerYou will be a huge hit...Costco or make your own...
